General Dance Attire
All dancers must wear a black or level color leotard to every class.
Level colors are as follows:
• Level I - Pink
• Level II - Purple
• Level III - Light Blue
• Level IV - Royal Blue
At discretion of the instructor MD&F only tank-tops, t-shirts, jazz pants, warm ups, and shorts may be worn over leotard. Tights are recommended for all classes to protect the dancers feet in their shoes.

MDA offers apparel including:
• MDA level leotards
• regular leotards
• skirts
• jazz outfits
We've also teamed up with teamed with vendors to offer anything from leotards to tap shoes.
Orders can be placed during regular office hours in the lobby of MD&F.
Dance Code of Conduct
• Wear proper shoes & attire according to your particular class
• Be ten minutes early warming up for class
• Be respectful to classmates & instructors at all times
• No talking in class without permission (questions about dance are encouraged)
• Parents allowed in classroom only by invitation of instructor or owner
• All business matters are discussed privately and professionally in dance office or by appointment
• Emailing of instructors concerning your childs' progression in class is encouraged
• Instructors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, be on time for class, and dress in MD&F attire or dance attire
